Cancellation Policy


We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible, while also protecting the availability of our vehicles for other customers.

1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental or 25% of the total booking amount, whichever is higher.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to collect the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

4. Refunds

Applicable refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Special Conditions

During peak seasons (such as New Year, Eid holidays) or for luxury vehicle bookings, stricter cancellation policies may apply. Such bookings may be non-refundable or subject to a higher cancellation fee. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please visit the “My Bookings” section in our app or website, or contact our customer support team. The cancellation time is based on Dubai local time (GMT+4).
